About the specialist
Civil Engineer with over 16 years of experience in airport infrastructure management, quality, environment and sustainability, with a career developed in highly demanding technical and operational environments.
He was part of the team responsible for the certification of 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, making it the first certified airport in Angola, participating in the implementation of processes, technical requirements and best practices aligned with international civil aviation standards.
He has solid experience in the implementation of Quality and Environmental Management Systems, environmental monitoring of works, project management and monitoring of performance indicators, reconciling operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
He has represented Angola on the Environment and Sustainability Committee of the Airports Council International (ACI) since 2022, participating in the discussion and development of policies and international best practices for the sustainable management of airport infrastructure.
Throughout his career he has held leadership roles in quality, environment and works areas, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to strategic projects for the modernisation of national airport infrastructure.
