DQS certifies. We prepare.
Certification is only meaningful when it is independent. That is why the roles are clearly separated: Export Lab provides consulting, implementation and preparation; the certification audit is conducted by DQS, a German certifier present in more than 60 countries, autonomously and impartially, under international accreditation rules. The client gets the best of both worlds: preparation by people who master certifiers' methods, and a certificate whose credibility is beyond question.

We conduct the internal audits required by the standards, diagnostic audits (gap analyses) to accurately measure the distance to conformity, supplier audits for companies qualifying their supply chain, and pre-audits that simulate the certification audit before DQS steps in.

Export Lab Academy
The Export Lab Academy trains the teams that will live with the system day to day, in open or in-company format, with a certificate of participation. From interpreting standards to training internal auditors and systems managers, up to management tools: risks, KPIs, non-conformities, continuous improvement.
And we go beyond the catalogue: we design tailor-made training for any sector, built from the company's real processes, and executive mentoring programmes for leadership teams that need to master systems management, compliance and ESG at decision-making level.

CyberPlay is now run by Angola Global Hub. Teams train inside a simulated cyber incident, in real time and in the browser, without touching the company's real systems, and receive a readiness score from 0 to 100.

Step 01
Assessment
An objective evaluation of the starting point: what already exists, what is missing and the real effort to conformity. No vague promises.
Step 02
Implementation
Dedicated consultants on site, with international certifiers' methods adapted to the Angolan reality. Useful documentation, not paper to fill folders.
Step 03
Training and internal audit
Teams are trained and the system is tested from the inside before any external audit.
Step 04
Certification by DQS
The certification audit is the sole responsibility of DQS, safeguarding the certificate's independence.
Step 05
Maintenance
After certification the system has to stay alive. We support the annual audit cycles and continuous improvement.
