Who DQS is
DQS is an international management systems certification body of German origin with worldwide presence, accredited to audit and certify ISO standards across quality, environment, occupational health and safety, food safety, information security, energy, compliance and business continuity.
Angola Global Hub is the exclusive DQS Channel Partner in Angola. Export Lab is the specialised technical brand of Angola Global Hub for consulting, implementation, internal auditing and training.
Why independence matters
A certification body cannot audit a system it implemented itself. International accreditation rules require that separation, and it is what prevents a certificate from becoming a purchased document.
In practice: the team that helps you build the management system is never the team that decides on certification. The certification decision belongs solely to DQS, based on its own audit.

- No. Export Lab prepares the organisation. The certificate is issued by DQS, based on its audit and decision.
- Can I contract preparation only?
- Yes. Preparation and certification are separate contracts and can be decided at different moments.
- Does working with Export Lab guarantee certification?
- There is no guarantee, because the decision belongs to DQS and depends on the system's actual conformity. What we do is bring the organisation to the point where that audit is passable.
