About the specialist
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) executive, lawyer and International Lead Auditor certified by Exemplar Global, with over 18 years of experience in Law, Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, ESG and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Throughout his career he has supported public and private organisations in implementing management systems, compliance programmes, certification audits and governance models aligned with international best practice, strengthening organisational integrity, transparency and sustainability.
He is CERTIBRASIL's representative in Angola, conducting certification audits and supporting organisations in the implementation and improvement of ISO-based management systems, with particular focus on compliance, anti-bribery, information security, privacy and quality.
He is also the founder of the Flor do Jardim Model, recognised as the first Angolan methodology dedicated to Commercial Compliance, currently associated with a proposal for a new international standard submitted to ISO/TC 309 - Governance of Organizations.
He participates actively in international organisations linked to compliance, governance and arbitration, and is co-author of scientific work in the field and a regular presence in standard-setting and institutional development initiatives.
