About the specialist
Strategic Consultant, ISO Lead Auditor and organisational development specialist, with more than 35 years of professional experience in Portugal, Angola and other African markets, in the fields of business consulting, auditing, management systems implementation, executive training and institutional development.
Throughout her career she has supported public organisations, multinational companies and large business groups in implementing management systems, process improvement, leadership skills development, organisational transformation, strategic management and human resources, contributing to the strengthening of efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability.
She is a certified ISO Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000, with extensive experience in the implementation, auditing, maintenance and continuous improvement of Management Systems, as well as in preparing organisations for certification and recertification audits.
Throughout her professional activity she has coordinated hundreds of consulting, auditing and training programmes for public and private entities, and has also developed capacity-building projects for leaders, managers and senior staff of the Public Administration and the business sector.
She is recognised as a conference speaker, lecturer and educator, regularly taking part in conferences, workshops, seminars and executive training programmes in Angola and Portugal.
